Our Block Party Trailer can be a great asset to your next event! The Block Party Trailer includes two bounce houses, gas grill, sound system, multiple tables and chairs, popcorn machine, 3 in 1 popcorn packets, popcorn bags, a snow cone machine and snow cone cups (Click HERE for recipe for Snow Cone syrup). This resource is available to churches which belong to Heartland Church Network and is to be used for church events only. Games are available upon request. The cost is $75.00 per day, $25.00 for an additional day (2 days are a maximum). We have a Nacho Machine that is available for rent for $10.00 per day upon request. All groups that reserve the Block Party Trailer must read and sign (then return) the Block Party Trailer Rental Agreement to the HCN office prior to the date of use. Churches will be invoiced for the 75.00 cost of using the Block Party Trailer.
The Heartland Church Network has a second Block Party Trailer in the Lincoln area if you need a bounce house, popcorn machine and snow cone machine. Cost is $75.00 per day, $25.00 for an additional day (2 days are a maximum). Please contact Southview church at 402.423.5062 to make your reservation.
We also have Tents available at no charge, but reservations must be made to use them. One tent is rectangular and one is round. Each are about the size of a three-car garage and will accommodate about 60 people. It does take 3-4 people to set them up.
To reserve the Block Party Trailer or the Tents call the Heartland Church Network Office at 402.551.0608. Anyone reserving the Block Party Trailer must complete the Block Party Trailer Rental Agreement prior to their picking up the trailer. Renters may pick up the keys to the trailer the day prior to their use and they are responsible for returning the keys and the trailer the day after use. The renter is also responsible for maintaining the trailer while it's in their possession. It is the renters responsibility to be sure that all supplies and equipment are cleaned and returned in good working order. The tents are housed at the Heartland Church Network office at 2100 S. 51st St. and they can be picked up the day prior to event.
